Director of Youth Ministry -- Evansville, IN

Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Evansville, Indiana, is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministry for a 1200-family parish. This person, with the help of a Youth Leadership Team, will implement a Total Youth Ministry program in which youth, in grades 6 – 12, are empowered to live as disciples and are integrated into the life of the parish community. The Director will develop and coordinate social, spiritual, educational and service opportunities. Applicants should be practicing Catholic with a Bachelors Degree in Youth or Pastoral Ministry, Religious Education or related field. Proven experience in youth ministry and youth evangelization, preferred. Must possess ability to communicate effectively, act independently, and to minister effectively within parish systems and the larger church community.
